Regular train services will run to St Michaels station throughout the weekend.
St Michaels train station is a short walk from Sefton Park. Passengers travelling to LIMF from the Wirral, or on the Kirkby and Ormskirk lines can change at Liverpool Central and board the next train to Hunts Cross on the Northern Line. Southport line passengers can travel direct to St Michael's station on the Hunts Cross service.
Passengers arriving in to Lime Street Station on national rail services can take the underground one stop along or make the short walk to Liverpool Central and change on to the Hunts Cross service.

Get there with a Family Day Ticket, it can be used for up to a family of 5 and costs just £11! It covers children aged 5 - 15 travelling with 1 or 2 adults.
Or you can buy an All Zone Day Saver that costs just £5.10 for adults and £2.55 for Young People (aged 5 to 18) for unlimited travel on the Merseyrail network.
The Day Saver and Family tickets are valid for unlimited travel on the Merseyrail network anytime except 6.31am - 9.29am Monday - Friday.
