Liverpool and Wirral are joining forces to bring a special firework display to our amazing city!
The unforgettable display will celebrate Bonfire Night on Saturday 5th November with a fantastic display on the iconic River Mersey. Both Liverpool and Wirral Council have come together to stage an extraordinary celebration which will replace regular displays that are held at Sefton and Newsham Park.
Expect a fantastic display by the current British Fireworks Champion of Champions, as well as entertainment from world-renowned pyrotechnic drummers, Les Commandos Percu and Deabru Beltzak. These fantastic artists will parade along a city centre route in a breath-taking performance filled with music, light, and of course, fireworks!
Joining the already amazing line-up are the Twister Aerobatic Team who are renowned for their ‘heart in the mouth’ aerial performances, which will see pyrotechnic effects stream from the wings of the aircrafts. The exciting aerial performance will start at approximately 4.40pm.
So join in on the celebrations and enjoy the River of Light from both sides of the river. For further information click here.
